Terms and Conditions for car hire on Crete
All guest are kindly required to agree with the following Terms and Conditions of Cheapcarhire.gr car hire Crete Network. Our company cannot be held responsible if clients are not aware and understood our booking conditions. Our company reserves the right to change, modify, update, add or remove all or any portion of these Terms of use at any time.
The vehicle must be returned in a good condition.
- The mentioned car types are indicative only.
- All renters hold a valid EU or International Driving License, issued at least one year before the rental.
- Rates are calculated on the basis of collection/return to the same rental location. Rental days are calculated on a 24-Hour basis from the vehicle pick up. For over 2 hours delayed drop off renter will be charged an additional day.
- International one way rentals: Are not available.
- Transportation between the islands is not allowed.
- One way rentals under request.
- Above mentioned not included compulsory and/or additional charges are payable locally, unless otherwise stated on the agents voucher.
- Partially used vouchers are not refundable without a prior confirmation.
- Service will not be given for any unconfirmed reservation.
- Not covered by any insurance collision damage caused by alcohol or drug or abuse as well as traffic law violations.
- Service Car Rentals cannot provide service, in case the invoices of the previous month are not paid in the next 20 days.
- A Credit Card at driver's name is always required.
- There will not be any refund for unused days.
- One way requests - minimum rental period 3 days.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATES?
• Second driver - 3 euro per day
• Deliveries/Collections from 22:01 until 06:59 - 20 euro
• Baby seat or Child seat - 3 euro per day
• Roof rack - 3 euro per day, are available only for car groups above
• Snow Chains - 3 euro per day
• GPS - 8 euro per day
• Fuel Policy - The car will be rented full of petrol, the clients will pay the tank locally and they can return it empty of petrol
• Underneath the car insurance - 4 euro per day
• Tires insurance - 2 euro per day
• Glasses and mirrors insurance - 2,5 euro per day
• On way rental - 40 euro for the islands.
• Hotel Deliveries/Collections - 35 euro
